Terms for using TurtleSoupX, current plans, supported TopstepX accounts, and your responsibilities.

These Terms explain the conditions for using TurtleSoupX software and services. Please read them before connecting an account or using a trading control.
The service
TurtleSoupX provides software for configuring trading rules, viewing account context, and sending trading instructions through supported integrations. Software status and order displays are informational; check order and position status with the connected provider.
The service is currently for individual Topstep customers with eligible, active TopstepX accounts. Customer-visible instrument support is NQ, ES, and YM. The account list may display Live Funded accounts. Topstep's API access guidance says Live Funded accounts cannot trade through the ProjectX API and prohibits remote order flow. A visible account or working connection does not establish that an account is eligible. Follow the current Topstep and ProjectX rules whenever you connect.
TurtleSoupX is the service brand. The legal name and postal address of the service operator are not identified on this site.
Plans and subscriptions
The current displayed offers are Risk Engine at no charge, Core at $50 per month, Complete at $80 per month, and an add-on at $15 per month. Contact support@turtlesoupx.com to arrange a subscription. Before a paid subscription begins, support confirms the applicable payment, tax, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms with you individually. ProjectX API access is billed separately by ProjectX; see Topstep's API access guidance.
Your responsibilities
Use only accounts you own or are authorised to control, and follow the rules that apply to your TopstepX account and connected services. You are responsible for selecting the account and instrument, reviewing quantities and settings, deciding whether to trade, and monitoring orders and positions. Verify important order state directly with the provider.
Read the Trading Risk Disclosure before enabling a feature that can send, change, or cancel an order. Trading software cannot guarantee that an order will be accepted, filled, protected, or profitable.
Acceptable use
Use TurtleSoupX lawfully and only as permitted by the rules of connected providers. Do not use another person's account without authority, submit instructions you are not entitled to submit, interfere with the service or another person's use, introduce malicious code, or evade technical or account limits.
Availability and third-party services
TurtleSoupX depends on devices, networks, market data, and third-party platforms and APIs. Those services may change, fail, or become unavailable. Features and displays may be delayed or interrupted, and an order may be rejected, delayed, duplicated, partially filled, or executed at a different price than expected.
